Construct Green Consult LLC Refund Policy

At Construct Green Consult LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”), we are committed to delivering exceptional value and clarity in all our client engagements. This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing refunds for our diverse service offerings. Given the custom, intellectual, and digital nature of our work, our policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.
1. Training & Consulting Services:
- Cancellation & Refunds: Client-initiated cancellations for scheduled consulting or training services are eligible for a full refund if requested more than 7 business days before the service start date. Cancellations made within 7 business days are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the service start or after the service has been delivered.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with the delivered consulting work, you must submit a detailed written explanation within 5 business days of service completion. We will review the concern and, at our discretion, may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services. Refunds are not granted simply for a change of mind or if project outcomes are influenced by client-provided data or delays.
2. Sustainability Software Solution (SaaS):
- Free Trial: If we offer a free trial period, no payment is required, and no refund is applicable upon trial conclusion.
- Paid Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; however, refunds for the current or partial billing period are not provided. Your access will continue until the end of the paid term. Annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days of activation are eligible for a full refund. After the first 30 days, annual subscription cancellations will result in a prorated refund for the remaining full months of the annual term, minus a 10% administrative fee.
3. Certification Application & Management Services:
- These services involve non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., certification body registration fees, software licenses) and significant preparatory work. Therefore, all payments for certification application services are non-refundable once project initiation work has begun. If a project is cancelled by the client before our team initiates work, a refund will be issued, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on the client’s behalf.
General Provisions:
- Refund Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [insert email, e.g., finance@constructgreenconsult.com]. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.
- Non-Refundable Items: All clearly disclosed one-time setup fees, third-party expenses (e.g., exam fees, submission fees to GBCI, IFC), and delivered digital products (e.g., custom reports, guides) are non-refundable.
- Company-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, you will receive a full refund for any undelivered services.
- Policy Updates: We may update this policy periodically. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
